When Pete (on BB) discovered tonight that pretty much all the girls in the house fancied him, he was really really chuffed, and it was very sweet.
It got me thinking that maybe we should ALL tell people we fancy them, because it will simply brighten up their day.
What do you think? Should we be honest and say "I think you are pretty sexy, and I do fancy you, end of." as a compliment to our friends? What would be the downside of doing this?

well downside happened to me last weekend at a bbq , this guy was watching me all night , as you all know Im waiting for hubby to come home in 3 weeks .
this guy ill call him george {cus thats his name } later on in the night kept askin me , what would u do if i kissed you ..i so respect you ,, your so honest , if i took you ojn the sofa what would you do ?
blah , he looks like ronald rat , dyed his gray hair red so it turned pinkish and for some reason thought he was gods gift!
Anyways I told him , I would laugh in your face , tell our hosts who are my hubbys friends , also break your jaw and in 3 weeks your legs would be broken as well.
His answer was ,,I wont tell our hosts , you can place a collar and lead round my neck if you want , ill be only yours , belive me ...I was emmbarressed fro him .
so no ,, unless the person gives you some kinda hint they are interested in you ,,, leave it well alone .
they may like me ...post it on the internet ...lol
I think it's a lot different for us fellas though, because its usually a man who makes the first move. Like in a bar or nightclub, you can guarantee that the better looking girls are gonna leave the place having been chatted up by a few different blokes, much of that attention probably unwanted.

But it's usually a welcome surprise to have the roles reversed and be approached by a woman or told she fancies you. In my experience, even if I don't fancy her, it'll still put a smile on my face and brighten up my day cos it don't happen all that often......whereas men make their intentions clear far more often and obviously, so I guess theres no novelty in it for many women who probably have to fend off all sorts of unwanted advances from drunken slobbering babboons.......
I fancied a guy at school (many moons ago lol) and never told him, trust me I was CRAZY about this gut. Then a couple of years ago I met him in a pub and told him and he was really nice about it lol
We talk (quite) often now and he knows I fancy him, we just joke about it. He has a girlfriend so it's nothing dodgy, but I think it's nice to let people know if you fancy them. As long as you both know it doesnt have to mean you want to jump on them at the first opportunity, just that you find them attractive.
Ahem crazy about this "GUY" not gut rofl ooops
one of my male friends is such a flirt with me, when i had mumps he said 'Aww, but I can't imagine you looking anything other than beautiful.' I know he doesn't actually fancy me though, but he likes complimenting people and making them feel good. As long as you aren't stirring up trouble or leading someone on then I don't see the harm in telling someone they're attractive. Even someone saying that they like your hair or clothes can make such a difference to your mood.
