i put by mistake 1.5 galls of petrol in tank.i immediatly filled with diesel but on pulling away now i lack power for 10 mins then all seems ok,the same things happens each time i start. what can i do.

Don't drive anymore, call garage to empty tank. Hopefully no long lasting damage.
As snooker player says, don't drive it. You could already have done significant damage. Call your breakdown organisation.

ignore the above, if it's only 1.5 gallons, you did the right thing, keep filling the tank with diesel it'll get diluted to nothing eventually.
Fine if not your car TTT. Personally I would not risk a bill of two grand for a tank of fuel.
no damage, it's 1.5 gallons, not a tank full.
Someone posted a AA link - but there are much cheaper companies out there for anyone reading this - such as http://www.wrongfuelsos.co.uk - less than half the price and quicker service most of the time!!
