Can anyone explain what today's Griddler is please. Looks like a random selection of letters to me, can't figure it out at all. Doesn't help that the title of the puzzle is 'No. 13xx Title' which looks like a typesetting error. Thanks.

Not sure what you are asking.

Here's what a Griddler is

(they're also called nongrams).
As for this one in the Sunday Telegraph, I'm afraid I cannot help you with either the title or the solution ....I couldn't make anything of it when I tried it.
Sorry if I haven't been much help.
Question Author
Sorry, could have supplied more info in my original question. I've just got it so, for the benefit of others who might be struggling like I was - it's 'lead up the garden path' with the letters arranged to look like a twisting path. Might have figured it out earlier if the phrase had started at the top rather than the bottom. Brain hard pushed today!
