I know that Brexit means moving gov business from Brussels back to Westminster but meanwhile trying to contact a gov department appears to be as difficult as contacting the man in the moon. I am trying to find a phone number to enable me to speak with a human being at the DVLA Swansea, do I require university degrees in telecommunication to enable me to do this ? After many hours on line trying to find this info I return once more to my friends on A/B. All I am trying to do is to register a new class 3 mobility scooter to drive on road, you would think I was applying to take up brain surgery. I called in at my local Post Office & was given the wrong form to fill in.

can't help you there, but try calling the Department for work and pensions, will have you screaming in frustration.
