Hi all --
How long (on each side) would I grill Australian loin lamb chops? I mean the little ones on the bone that are only on or two mouthfuls each. And how long to marinate? Some recipes say 30 minutes, others overnight. May thanks in advance.

personally i would say marinate them for as long as you have - i quite often forget to do stuff like that, and only have 30 mins, sometimes i remember and do it overnight ... again as for how long the answer is just depends! how do you like your lamb done? On the rare side? Well done? burnt to a cinder? lamb is one of those meats you can have rare without worrying too much about poisoning so it just depends - i know this isn't helpful but just until they are a colour you like. The time will depend on your grill, how hot it is, how close the grillpan is etc!

Thank you kazza -- I have only recently started enjoying lamb and this will be the very first time I'm preparing it at home. I like it medium. I think I will marinate it first thing in the morning and leave it in the fridge until dinnertime. I have done some research and all say medium is an internal temp of approximately 140 so I will just put them on the grill and then use the meat thermometer. Thank you for your reply!!! :)
