And I will add that ctrl F5 is not the be and end all (if only it were that simple).It has not worked for lots of people - like me who had to clear all my browsing history and lose all my automatic log-ins for other sites. So there!

Are you aware that some people can't type in the question title box - or, more accurately, they can't see what it is that they've typed because it's invisible.
