My 'smart' tv keeps telling me I can't access the internet because there's 'no signal' & to check my internet connection ... I know I am connected because my Amazon Firestick's working - Catchup etc's ok .
Can anyone suggest anything I can do to solve this issue please. Tia

Go through the wireless set-up procedures again:

Thank you, watched the video as you suggested & did all that it required ..... Still saying there's no signal/ internet
