/// Asked about the gun sign, Mr O'Keeffe accused Mr Vine of racial stereotyping the defendant because she is black. ///

/// He said: 'I suggest to you that you have racially stereotyped her as a black person and that gesture is associated with black people.' ///

I couldn't give a gnats chuff what colour or race this 'orrible woman. She is not in Court for being black....she is there before she behaved like a dangerously spoilt brat. I am guessing that her Brief knows that the case is hopeless, as its all on film, so he/she is just tring the race card as a last attempt, and I hope the Judge castigates her for so doing.

I am with TTT here (!)....Is quite clear to me that this awful woman behaved disgracefully. Its all there in film. Hurry up and pass sentence please !

Not known for your humour mikey, but it must have pained you to type that attempt all the same.
AOG....I sometimes DO agree with TTT......it even happens sometimes that I agree with you, and I never fail to point it out when it happens !

This woman was a ghastly ill-mannered *** as far as I am concerned. She was also stupid to carry on her ill-tempered rant, while she could quite clearly see that she was being filmed.
I really don't know why we are deftly skirting the issue. The "race card is only deemed to be playable when brandished in one direction is it not?

So sorry mikey and I do apologise, I missed the TTT bit and I was getting certain posts mixed up, and I thought your reply was all part of their replies.

/// Do I need send for andy-hughes to explain how irony and sarcasm does not always .... well you know what I mean. ///

Along with Zacs-Master's

/// It was an attempt at humour Danny. ///
AOG....getting posts mixed up happens to me all the time as well.......its our age !
In relation to the thread that's a poor best answer, AOG.

That's a better answer for BA^
Not really Talbot. It was obvious that this was the reasoning behind it from reading the article.

At first I wondered what you were on about and then I happened to notice the Best Answer.

How that got there I do no know, but it is not the first time something like that has happened, please don't feel offended if I correct it.
She obviously brought out the 'racist card' because she knew she'd loose otherwise - silly woman !!
omg OMG

Don't amend it For Funks Sake
She has admitted driving an unlicensed vehicle, you would think she could keep her gob shut , sorry just remembered it was her brief.
A vile arrogant woman who could do with few weeks jail time to calm her. The suggestion that Mr Vine is racial is arrant nonsense.
It wont happen, but I hope the horrible *** gets locked up.
the horrible b-i-t-c-h gets locked up.
