Why do clothes suppliers sew their labels in so tight. I cut them out because they irritate the back of my neck. I cut one out today (new garment). I have a tiny little scissors. But I made a hole in the garment. Had to sew the hole up. Am cross.

Had a 'novelty' tshirt bought me for xmas. Had to cut the label out also as it was irritating. I too made a hole in it. Dont know why they just cant print the label in to the fabric.
I almost always remove labels they irritate my skin as they often use lurex thread.

Invest in some of these and unoick the stitches.

I use a 'stitch unpicker' very carefully

I've just put those seam nippers on my watch list. Thanks mamya.
I've always bought primark camisoles because they really last. But they've got horrid labels sewn in with nylon thread. Even after picking the labels out...and leaving little holes...I still need to wear them backwards...
