Oh, yes, Togo. Going home next week and intend to eat a Wright's pie when I'm there....and some oatcakes!

Shame I can't have a Tiko pasty as well....:-(

Out the "baths" Tills, Tiko pasty and a mug of oxo.
I went to Burslem baths every Friday night, Togo. It was the Miner's bath/ swimming night and they all took their children for a swim as well. No pasty afterwards but always a cup of oxo.
Are you fished, Eccles?
We have enjoyed these long weekend programs of Rick Stein. But I am sure I have seen this Lisbon one before. Are they repeats ?
Yes it's a repeat. They are repeating many of his programmes as he was 70 on 4 January.

Burslem baths Tills.... I was probably one of the "rowdy" boys who was splashing and jumping off top board in the deep end. Happy days.
I thought it was you!
Is it post 70 that one's cooking skills deteriorate. On that basis and his restaurants, Rick could be 80.....?
