No need to post it twice. It just makes things confusing.

This is the 4th thread on this in as many minutes
All you're doing is clogging up the opening page of AB.

i do apologise i dont post many questions and i posted to several topics to get a answer
Why don't you "report" three of your four posts and ask Ed to remove them due to duplication?

FYI, from AB Rules, bottom of page.

I suppose it depends on local bus lane rules and whether Tuesday becomes Saturday or Sunday when it's a bank holiday.
Which it doesn't. :)
No, as it was a Tuesday, bank holidays do not make any difference
Baldric - are you the AB police or something?

Lots of people don't know AB Rules even exist, does no harm to promote them now and again ;o)
if the bus lane is open to drivers on a bank holiday then yes but according to your post its just sat/sun in which case not. however i would check the website of the issuing council and see if it says anything there about bus lanes and bank hols or just ring them and ask
I'd still appeal. You've nothing to lose.

Like I said in the other thread I appealed a parking ticket and they let me off.
Not many bus lanes differentiate between Bank Holidays and normal weekdays. A good start is to check the sign. Then you can go to your local council and see the Traffic Order that relates to the lane. If I had to bet I'd say you were on to a loser.
