Blood Pressure Monitor

My GP has suggested that it might be an idea for me too have a blood pressure monitor at home as I may be one of those people with "white coat" syndrome. Has anyone used one of these or can recommend one. If I decide to get one there seems to be a lot of choice. Arm or wrist for a start. Thanks for any comments.
