Vauxhall Mervia widescreen wiper at rear not working , its heats up and the water comes out but the wiper don"t move the wiper ?could it be the fuse not sure thanks.

Accordig to this, if your car is 2002 - 2010 the rear wiper is on it's own fuse. No25 / 15amp.

If it's not as Zac's, check the nut that holds the Wiper arm in place.
