Are exfoliating micro beads in face scrubs still a danger ? It recently came in the press regarding the dangers to skin, is it still the case ?

They are bad for the planet, as they clog up fish and oceans. I can't imagine they'd be bad for your skin.

The beads are being found in fish clogging up their intestines.
They were banned a few months back.There are natural alternatives to the plastic beads that were being used
