So I just literally watched something on catch up on BBC, went to watch another catch up prog and now i can't access anything "sorry we do not support your device" - what has just happened in the 40 mins I was just watching a bbc catch up programme? The websites they suggest are useless, do I need a new stick or a new tv ? I hate technology sometimes...please help.

You've not told us which device you're attempting to access BBC iPlayer with. A Windows PC? An iPad? An Android tablet? A smart TV? An Amazon Fire Stick? A Now TV box? Something else?

Sorry, yes it's a TV, with a dongle plugged in, and connected to a youview box. Thanks.
