Can I borrow your brush to go with my shovel Mam? :0)
Togo; The key to telling dwarf jokes is keeping them short.
Have you worn that out too?

Time to start your Christmas list I think.

I am seriously interested that amongst all the quips made yesterday mine was the one you honed in on - if it is personal to you then I increase my apology.

If not I can only form my own opinions.

I honed in on you, because you hypercritically remarked on my lack of sensitivity, while making one yourself.

People in glass houses etc.
Ah a bit of faux outrage in an attempt to make someone feel bad ... Nice one AOG.
I've read the thread again - 3 comments from me , 2 sensible replies, 1 joke so old it has cobwebs on it before your reply.

I see no criticism of you at all.

I've looked too ... Still a mystery to me.
Found it (by accident) Mamy said it in the thread about the white policeman being shot by a black man.
Thank you Ummmm - the old trick of carrying over from a totally unrelated topic to another then.

A woman complains that she has been insulted by a man she met.Her friend asks ''what did he say?'' He told me my hair smelt nice said the woman.
''Well'' said her friend ''that's not an insult, it's a compliment''
'' Yes''' The woman replied but '' He's a dwarf !''

I totally disagree with your stance, carrying a grudge over from a thread on which I stand by my comment to one where I retell an old joke is petty and spiteful , but if it fits your brief then carry on.

Whereas some of these jokes about people of 'limited growth' are indeed funny, but in this day of political correctness there is something not quite right.

Or is is because certain groups are protected from being made fun of, whereas others such as Dwarfs are not allowed the same privilege for some strange reason?

The demise of Bernard Manning and Jim Davidson etc spring to mind.
There is a god then.

The most politically incorrect on small people jokes has to have been dear Ronnie Corbett (RIP)
