Renewing Yahoo Ad-Free Mail Subscription

I pay a yearly subscription to get Ad-free email from Yahoo. This has expired, but when I try to renew, whatever card details I enter, I get a message saying "Sorry your transaction did not complete successfully, please try again." I have googled Yahoo help desk , but am unsure if any of the links are genuine. Does anyone know a safe, genuine phone number for Yahoo customer care please.

After searching for two hours, I have found an email link on the payment page.Hopefully they will be able to sort it. The help page says click on Change Payment link, but there isn't one!!!
