My brother and I have now obtained Probate on my Mum's Estate. My brother has all the papers. Can he take money from her accounts now on his own, or does he need my permission as well?

Are you joint executors?

If you were joint executers, an account to deal with the estate should have been set up in both your names as executers. It would depend on whether you agreed that both signatures were required for any cheque or withdrawal issued against the account.
