I am trying to remove a trip switch of my parents MEM Minera 2000 as I need to replace the fuse as the outside lights all have stopped working. Switched power off to be safe however the trip switches are all seemingly stuck and won't pull out. Am I approaching this the right way or am I missing a basic trick? Thanks for any tips!

I guess you're trying to replace one of the MCBs, Patrick? (Miniature Circuit Breakers.)

Have you unscrewed the MCB from the busbar (thick copper strip) at the bottom of the breaker?

The box has 12 MCBs plus a master switch. Only thing I could see to unscrew are two screws on the front 'plate'.
I have not had time to look right through this but the guy talks sense. Make sure power off.
have now found better video

BEFORE you go near these things make sure with a good meter that the electricity is off. Don't ever rely on it being switched off use a multi meter or voltage probe.
I assume you mean that you've got the front cover off, Patrick?
At the top of the mcb is a screw that holds the cable.
At the bottom of the mcb is a screw that holds the busbar.
In behind the busbar there may well be a pull down clip that holds the mcb onto the main rail.
