It's probably not far off 40 years since I had a potato waffle, I now really fancy one with a dollop of brown sauce. Sadly I have neither in the house.

Ketchup on toast has also popped into my mind as a childhood favourite and I don't have bread or ketchup either.

I'll have to settle with quinoa and freekeh instead ;-)

Glad there was no ooze, such a let down.
