Started trying to book this on line for the Saturday. Went through all the grubbing. When it came to choosing which show in the theatre I wanted, it said it was unable to fulfil my choice. I had a code to give me 25% off. I kept on trying all the shows, same happenened everytime. In desperation I telephoned the booking line. Gentleman tried to help. He had the same problem, he thought it may be due to excessively demand. Suggested I email customer service explaining the difficulty and not wanting to lose discount. He gave me email address. So I did, and waited. About 10.00 pm last night I got a reply saying this email address is not answerable. Doh!!
So today for 2 hours no good. Then I managed it. Booked two seats. Then I noticed I had four seats. So tried to delete two of them. Somehow I deleted all of them, Pratt! Tried again, no good. Tried the help line, nice lady helped, she was almost booking it when she said I will have to call you back in five minutes.
She didn't, I waited 4 hours. Tried on line again no good. Phoned again, told waiting time was one hour so I hung up. Tried later, waiting time 30 minutes.
Tried later, waiting time 15 minutes so I held on. After 3 minutes they answered, I explained the saga, she said she would try. In 5 minutes she had booked my tickets for Paul Hollywood in theatre and emailed the tickets to me.
Result!!!!
But what frustration, I wish I knew what caused the problems.
