It was either a documentary or maybe a serious news (like ch4) and they uncovered the morally wrong practices RBS (GRG) have been doing to small businesses basically crushing them to make a profit.

I cant seem to find it (catchup or otherwise) anyone else see it?

Pls enlighten me

Thanks in advance.

Dont surprise me at all, British banks are the most corrupt and devious I ever dealt with. Not to mention incompetent like Lloyds.
Every time I went abroad, 9 times out of 10 when I tried to get cash on arrival card was blocked, although I had informed them of travel plans Then one has to make expensive calls from abroad to get it unblocked (of course after message saying "We are busy please wait" and then listening to mindless *** music for 10-20 mins while clocking up large phone bill in the process! Then when you do eventually get through, the usual crap, press this for that, press this for the other...Shower of ***!
Eventually opened account with Czech Bank in Prague and not had a single problem with them! If I phone them you get a real person within a minute or so, not some computerised useless press this, that or the other, crap! Brit banks, you can shove em where the sun dont shine!!!

That ^^^^ was from the link given by 'Share this Page'

I give up.
