Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I'm stuck on the last few questions of a local quiz. A couple of them have been asked before, but I'm posting them again in the hope that someone who didn't see them first time round might and know the answers. All the answers are associated with The Queen or with the word 'queen'.

1. The Queen's favourite tipple. (3, 8)

According to every site I've looked at she's partial to a Gin and Dubbonet.

2. Her morning alarm. (3, 5)

I know she has a bagpiper, but isn't that all one word?

3. She's the queen, prrr.... (5, 6, 3)

I can only think that this relates to cats in some way, as females of that species are referred to as queens.

4. Text on purple background. It's a first! (4, 2, 4, 5, 2)

This is the one that's really got me baffled.
