So what do you propose is done, tell him off?
Just out of interest who do you support, Mikey?
I know this is not addressed to me, but ...
The tragedy is a lot of this was probably avoidable.
In fairness the people who say they support the regime and their allies probably see no further than the IS issue.
A recent survey showed the Russians had killed twice as many Syrian children than IS in the last year. How one measures these things I don't know but it sounds about right
If any crimes against humanity have been committed then the perpetrators can be charged and face trial in the Hague.

Probably the exact opposite as a matter of fact. There has been precious little interference in the war by the 'west'
UN resolutions were persistently blocked by Russia and China.

AOG...(13:45)....we have to catch them first.
Yes all sorts of help comes in from lots of quarters for the multiple factions in the war, but there was a time when it might have been possible to nip the fighting in the bud by helping the main opposition and reining in Assad. A time long past

Who's that then? I'm only asking because I've never read anyone on here support Assad nor the Russians, in fact I can't recall any ABer expressing support for Mad Vlad on ANYTHING!

There is at least one who supports Assad and Russia, which came out in a debate a few days ago, when I closely questioned him about about it.....he knows who he is and its for him now re-consider. I have no intention of naming him.

But there are lots of ways that people can "softly" support the current murderous regime in Syria, without coming straight out and saying so.

The opposite, if you like, of damning by faint praise.

Assad has been using chemical weapons, such as chlorine gas for years, and now he is using napalm. And the West have stood by and done begger all about it.

There could be a no-fly zone, which effectively saved the Kurds in Iraq, from being completely wiped out by another murderous bar-steward, Saddam.

It might look as if I am saying that there is an easy solution to the horrors being perpetrated by Assad on his own people, and of course, I fully accept that there isn't. But standing around and watching him deliberately targeting Hospitals is just not acceptable.

"when I closely questioned him about about it.....he knows who he is and its for him now re-consider. I have no intention of naming him. "
