Currys delivered and installed our dishwasher, and took the old one away..for a cost of course. I don't see why they wouldn't do the same with a washing machine. Maybe give them a call?

I have used Appliances on line a couple of times and they have been excellent. They will connect your new machine to the existing plumbing and take the old one away. They charge for this service. See here

Thank you I quite happy to pay for it however my washing machine has stopped and is still full of water lol, I guess they would expect it to be empty so anyone know how I can empty it please.

Bless you all I had my last one from John Lewis but thought it was just an offer to take my old one away not got time to look at video now but will look later and hope to understand it haha thanks again
