You should read the Observer Debate today between a Corbynista and a Labour MP. Fascinating. More disconnect and misunderstanding than if it had been Labour v Tory, though doubtless to many of Corbyn's supporters everyone not on their side IS a "Tory"
Oh yes, and it may be the Daily Mail, but this chap has my sympathy
I support Foster completely in what he says, Corbyn offered a peerage to Shami Chakravarti in return for the fraudulent whitewash of anti-Semitism in her enquiry which exonerated the Labour party.
he's got a point, as a jew who's gaven 400 large to the party, he is rightly disturbed by the rise of anti Semitism. He's also correct about the 2 parties in one that Labour are now. You have Blairist Tory impersonators and the usual trots on the other side and never the twain shall meet. I think the party will soon disintegrate, especially if JC re wins the leadership.
A very confused man.

// courts decided that the rules as they stand allowed it. This decision advantaged Corbyn and his Sturm Abteilung (stormtroopers), but on Friday afternoon the Appeal Court handed down a big decision for British democracy. //

Denying 130,000 fully paid up members a vote is good for democracy? The man is an idiot.
more fatuous comparisons to Nazi Germany, especially weird coming from a Jew - mate, if there really were stormtroopers around, you'd be in Auschwitz, not in the Mail.
The actual confrontation in the Labour Party is between those genuine labour people who want to actually do stuff and those who think garnering lots of members and shouting very loudly is going to get them anywhere.
There is anti Semitism, although there's anti a lot else too.
The ruling is bad in the sense that it is not logical to disallow existing members and yet allow those who registered on a more recent time window
On the other hand the ruling upholds the right of the party to make its own rules, something I'd have thought the great supporters of The Party would support
And it will or now be challenged, so plainly they agree
'Not now'

A great deal of what he writes echoes my thoughts on Corbyn exactly.
Like it or not he is going to be the next Labour leader!
A good few labour MP s are going to have to learn the words to 'The Red Flag' if they want to keep their seats!

He is the most divisive man in British politics I can remember, He is running around in ever decreasing circles until he will finally disappear up his own arehole taking what we know as the Labour Party with him. He is a disaster for Labour, we thought Michael Foot was bad, but at least he had intellect.
It can only end in tears, unfortunately for the Country as a whole not just left wingers.
He's right about the weird zealotry of Corbyn's followers.
I socialise with a few of them at my local, and they do talk about 'Jeremy' as if he's some kind of messiah. It's all a bit creepy to be honest.

I absolutely
agree Ludwig. I also find him creepy. I think behind that fake smile lurks a very unpleasant person. And it is Jeremy worship that I find very disturbing. And does he have any actual policies?!
