Last september i was prescribed some amazing eye drops for long lasting dry eye releif. They were in a yellow and white tall bottle with an unusual clicking device that delivers one drop at a time. I remember checking if they were available to buy in the uk...sure enough they were on amazon and ebay expensive so i didnt bother. I think they werr about 15 quid. I would gladly pay double if only i could remember the name?????????

"Sil-Ophtho™, Medium Viscosity, 15mL".........?
It says that Sil Ophtho is for artificial eyes - would it be OK to stick that in your eye? Just wondering. Or there are some images here which my jog the memory https://www.google.es/search?q=gotas+para+los+ojos+secos&biw=1343&bih=623&tbm=isch&;tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&;sqi=2&ved=0ahUKEwiezvaZ_7jOAhVqDcAKHcAoD9YQ7AkIUA&dpr=1
It's not for artificial eyes, it is artificial lubricant for eyes
^^good point^^
I'm still laughing :D
I was reading under Description here - it mentions artificial eyes and prosthesis http://www.ericksonlabs.com/Sil_Ophtho_Medium_Viscosity_15mL_p/sil.htm
237SJ is correct in what he read, it does mention artificial eyes.
Ooops. I'm laughing on the other side of my face now :(

grasscarp thankyou this is the ones!!!!! (y brain seems to think the packaging was yellow!!) thanks for help from other guys too xx
Recently had to use some drops also for dry eyes - called SYSTANE. Recommended by the optician. Expensive from boots (£12.50) but a lot cheaper online. Try Chemist direct.

grass carp - bless has fingered Hylo-forte and the clicker
available on prescription from your GP but you will have to persuade him you need it.

my tear gland is in a pathology bottle ( long story ) and I use them about four to six times a day - my brother says kids with googly eyes need them about twice a day
and vita pos ( also Rx-able) at night

one bot lasts about a month so getting your GP on-side is a major saving
I often suffer what I call sticky eye, my gp doesn't give me drops, instead he suggested a drop of Johnson's baby shampoo, that no more tears stuff in some tepid water, and with cotton wool rub over my eyes, it works and it's cheap.
