Does anyone know of any companies that have new built bungalows for Rent To Buy or Shared Ownership in Scotland, a relative is looking for one.

Bungalows aren't usually offered under the Scottish Government's New Supply Shared Equity scheme but you could try asking DGHP if they know of anything:

Otherwise it might be necessary to consider the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme. Persimmon Homes build bungalows which are eligible for it, as here:
