My Computer CPU running at 100% all the time and seems to slow everything down. Looking at Processes the culprit seems to be a process called PSUAMain Scanned it and seems not a virus.
Believe its part of the anti Virus prog Panda,
Its running at 60-80 CPU speed
But surely a virus prog should not make CPU run so high?

@Buenchico

Yeah something is obviously not right with Panda. Actually prob occurred after restarting comp which shut down unexpectedly during power outage (Battery is *** so cuts off without proper shut down within 3-5 seconds with no mains power) so perhaps that corrupted Panda.
anyway will try uninstall and see what happens.

Right, did as you suggested uninstalled Panda and Hey that solved it :-)
so looks like that was the prob.
Actually thought instead of installing all these third party progs which often cause probs could I not just use Windows Defender?
Microsoft have openly admitted that their own security software isn't as good as many third party offerings. Further the very worst culprit for hogging resources (on every computer I've ever had Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender on) is a program called MsMpEng.exe, which is the 'updater' for Microsoft security software.

I gave up on Microsoft stuff years ago because of the very problem that you've been experiencing. Then I gave up on AVG for the same reason. That's why I use the free version of Avast. (I see no reason to use any paid-for program).

Yeah right ...using Defender as it turns out is academic anyway. Clicked on it and uhh what a surprise it dint work ..after clicking Turn on now..nothing! .Usual Microsoft *** then!
So looks like Avast then! Microsoft kiss my a**
