any idea on what to do with them, my friend gave me a load fresh out the garden but I'm not a bit potato eater and I've run out of ideas

i've had, pot salad, steamed, sauteed, thrown at the cat, roasted, croquet balls, crushed.

Im not convinced about freezing them in their current state, any other storage ideas or fantastic uses

I look like a potato now.

Just put them in an open container in a cool dark cupboard and they'll keep for ages - we've got loads under the stairs!

I'm not a great potato eater either, but OH is. One way I use is something I call 'Les Mornes' because that is how they were served there after Summer concerts.

Parboil spuds until almost ready. Drain. Have ready a frying-pan with warm oil in it.
Roll spuds in oil and sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper and mixed herbs. Turn up heat (not too hot to burn herbs) and finish cooking. Tasty!
