What are the main arguments and main evidence in Simone De Beauvoirs book The Second Sex

I have an essay on this and am having a complete meltdown along with a bit of a brain freeze!

One of my major questions is "What main arguments are presented in the book the Second Sex" and also "What main evidence is presented?" in case you are a fan of the book a few more are.

"What conclusions does the author come to? and waht implications do these conclusions have for the subject area considered".
