Any idea how much one would charge for hall, landing and stairs to be done in magnolia emulsion.
It's beyond us now, I don't want to ask son in law as he is busy doing their house. Also he has done so much for us already.

Are you a member of your local Streetlife? There are always recommendations
for good ,reasonably priced, tradesmen there. I have found lots of good contacts there.
