Possibly because it's only just happened and no-one really knows what's going on so there are lots of wild worries flying about. It will settle.
The weak pound will effectively increase the price of a property in the EU for British buyers. They are predicting £/€ parity by the end of the year. Increasing the selling price by about 25%.
Still won't make it more expensive than it is here and the euro/pound was nearly at parity when I went on holiday about 4 or 5 years ago. Certainly well over 90p when commission was included.

The young 'liberals' are out in force now. Their “safe space” has been violated and hence, all opposing views must be quashed and silenced. It's the only thing true 'progressives' understand.

All joking aside, I despair at the minority of anti-democratic, neo-fascist, know-nothing university educated cry-babies. They are not representative of the majority of rational, calm, pre and post graduate students. But the former scream and shout and stamp their feet while the rest of us look on with a mixture of disgust and sympathy.
