Can it be that, after all, the British people are not so rotted by years of political correctness and the lies peddled to them by the so-called political elites that they will vote emphatically to stop being shackled to the corpse that is the EU?
Only three more sleeps until you wake up and vote. After reading all the comments on this site over the past few months, I'm almost as interested in the OUTcome as you are. But I do think that in the end, the "Ins" will win.
Rather clever, Stuey. However, I think it will come down to whichever side manages to get its supporters out en masse, and there I think Brexit has it.
The reason there will be no exit poll is because they are no use for this sort of vote
You can't extrapolate a national result on the basis of it
Those I talk to are voting out, but whether they will have the guts at the ballot box remains to be seen. (no pun intended)
Sorry, but that makes no sense at all to me, ichk.
When is the earliest that you can expect to know the official results?
I would say at the latest Friday evening, but by about 6 am Friday morning the position should become fairly clear, unless it's very tight.
have no idea Sutey, sorry.
I doubt the results will come in like a UK/GB general election
eg Croydon South voted out
Croydon North voted in

and I have no idea why I picked on Croydon
could a qualified expert sway you?

I think it will be rather like the EU elections (hope we've seen the last of them!). Results will come in by region.
For the time estimates, that is.
Counting will start as soon as the polls close at 2200 BST so, as I say, unless it is literally on a knife-edge all should become clear within 12 hours.
I wonder what Mr. Cameron will be cracking open on June 24th: A bottle of French Champagne, or a bottle of English Badger’s Tanglefoot?
Just had a look at Oddschecker site for the bookies odds.
Every bookie has the "Remains" as strong favourites to win the Referendum.
