Can anyone tell me in an easy to understand way how to change the ringtone on this phone. I have spent over an hour with BT and they have e-mailed me an 'instruction' manual I cannot understand. My dogs are howling to the moon when the phone rings

Can't spot where to set a default ringtone but numbers/folk in the directory can be set specific ringtones when you add them, as can a group called VIP.

Call control / VIP...

Settings/Call setting may have ring options.

or Base Settings/ringing.

A search through the manual indicates that, whilst you can set a custom ringtone for VIPs and a custom ringtone for individual callers in your contacts list, there is no way that you can change the default ringtone.
