Is there a way of working out what my current usage is? I'm currently uncapped and thinking of upgrading to 2meg. Uncapped is pricier at this speed so need to know if i'd managed on a capped rate.

Which broadband services you are presently using? I am using BT Broadband services and there are generally two methods for checking BT broadband data usage:-

1. If you use your BT app to check your broadband data usage you have to download the app by clicking on the link: https://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/apps

2. And if you use “My BT usage monitor” you have to follow the below mentioned steps
• Login to your BT account by clicking on the link: www.bt.com/mybt.
• Go to “My Bill” > Click “View your recent usage”.
• On the next screen, select “Broadband” tab.
• Click on “View your Broadband usage”
If you are not satisfied with the solution you can also visit BT Customer Service here http://www.alwaysreview.net/reviews/bt-customer-services/
