Thursday's "debate" on the referendum:

Anne Eagle: "Sovereignty means to me having the confidence in our ability to project our values in an international world...".

Any AB expert got a clue about Ms Eagle's values or the dictionary she's using?

I`d have thought it was the right to govern and set our own future.
Yes, I would agree CaC.
It has a vague ring of truth in it. If you are free to express your own laws and rules without being overruled from those outside your borders, and to hold what you value as important, then you are also free to indicate, set an example, to others as to the way to get it right.

Ms Eagle was "arguing" to remain, Old Geezer.
In which case she is presumably not interested in having sovereignty nor having an ability to project UK values. She would be more interested in her once great country having become part of a grey mix of subjugated cultures within Europe.
