Dom, I rang again an hour ago and was told that the IT dept did not work on Sunday, so it will be tomorrow before anything is done.

I`m curious - can anyone tell me is it only the Mail that has this extent of online problems or do the other papers have similar problems.

Thanks to answerbank I can now stop continuing trying to get my answers through online it has been so frustrating. Hopefully tomorrow will be more enjoyable

Baldric, you have to subscribe to the Mail on line before you can enter on line.
£9.99 per month. Cheaper than the paper version, but you miss out on some of the offers and the numbers on the back of the paper.
