I got this in an email last week Eye have a spellin chequer, it came with my pea sea, it plainly marques for my revue mistakes eye cannot sea. i've run this poem threw it i'm sure your pleas too no it's letter perfect in it's weigh my chequer tolled me sew. Sew their!

I was watching Dave Gorman on TV last night and he showed numerous tweets. It is amazing how many people say " a bowl in a china shop", "cat phrase", and "escape goat."
My particular favourite (used by a lot of people out there) was the word "elk" instead of "ilk."

Yes, I saw that programme mrs_o.'

Something that grates with me, is someone saying 'of', when the word should be 'have'.

As an example, people saying, 'I could of done that', when it should be, 'I could have done that'.
That is one of our regular poster's solecisms.

joins sudduv - as in I sudduv hit him
and kinduv as in I kinduv hit him

defies grammatical analysis - sort of is a ?noun phrase and is being used as an auxiliary in a compound verb
oops no adverb .... sozza
What's with the weird spelling? :P
