Can you be made redundant whlist you are pregnant, and/or on maternity leave? How would this affect maternity pay?

Can a company change your contract even if its unsuitable hours for you and then give you 12 weeks notice if you refuse the new contracted hours?

It's illegal to select a woman for redundancy because she's pregnant but the employee could still be made redundant if this would have happened anyway:

In certain circumstances, a woman might be entitled to both maternity pay and redundancy pay:

Changes in contracted hours is a 'grey area'. There is a test of 'reasonableness' to be applied and the answer isn't always straightforward. See my reply to this recent post:
