I am trying to find suitable accommodation for my family. There are two parents and 3 children under 5 - one of them being a baby who is awake in the night. We are wanting to find a hotel for them to stay in but it is proving difficult as not many places seem to do family rooms. What they need is two seperate rooms so they can be in one whilst the children are asleep rather than have to go to bed as well. Also the youngest child is sometimes awake in the night and therefore they don't want to wake the whole family up.

Have other people experienced similar problems - or is there are certain type of hotel which are good for families? I am looking for a hotel in the Bradford area of West Yorkshire.

Thanks for your help

It could be worth ringing the Bradford tourist information. They will have lists of all the hotels in the area. Find ones in the price range you want to pay and then ring the hotels asking if they have any connecting rooms.
we have the same problem 2 adults and a five and 2 year old. if we go to reading to visit my family we use the hoilday inn. we get charged slightly more as we are using 2 rooms although we don't pay full price for the second room. they have always been really accomadating and helpful. i know there are holiday inns all over the place so don't know if there is one near where you want to be or if it can do the same for you. but hope i have helped xXx
