can anyone tell me if the women singing background vocals on roger waters solo albums, most noticeably on amused to death, are the same women on dark side of the moon. and if so, what are ther names and do they have album(s) of there own ? killer vocals.

Clare Torry sang backing vocals on Dark Side Of The Moon and she still sings backing for Roger Waters. Not on Amused To Death though. There are several female vocalists on ATD but probably the better known names are Rita Coolidge and Katie Kissoon. Do a web search on their names for more info. Hope this helps.
