My son has bought a new PS4 and is trying to access online play. The code that is required has been sent to his old mobile number set up from his PS3 days. The problem is his old number is now defunct and he cannot receive the activation number. How can this be resolved as we are unable to find out how to update his mobile number to on PlayStation Accounts. Thanks.

you can contact playstation direct on 08435 041 004 and they should be able to update his mobile number manually over the phone if not buy an xbox :)
