You probably need to adopt their way of doing things, but as an executive vice president you can probably stamp your mark on the company as you go; making suggestions and new better ways to do things. Because folk in your position are suppose to show initiative and guide the company to better things and ways.

I think you need to improve your English before things will get better between you and your managers!
