Sod all those TV/Movie generated catchphrases!
When you have a catchphrase of your own you'll know all about it because your friends will either mimic you mercilessly or you'll be so aware of it you'll spend your days trying (usually in vain) not to use it!

I find that being surrounded by people who are movie-daft (I'm a projectionist) my personal catchphrase is "What? You haven't seen xxxxx?" (insert given movie title).

What's your's and why?

My personal catchprase is 'quite nice' but pronounced 'Quoite Noice' and usually done in some form of cockney accent.

My sister in law constantly inserts "this or that, whatever" into stories where others might use "yada yada"

A coworker constantly uses "frankly" to add emphasis to just about anything

I personally have no annoying habits

An ex-boyfriend used to day "yum yum pigs bum" to describe something nice - cringed everytime he said it. I don't have a catchphrase - just a catch-accent, I find myself doing a Dick Van Dyke english accent when using phrases such as "Cor Blimey" and usually end up adding "Mary Poppins" on the end.

Talking of irritating vocal habits...
I once worked with a policeman (don't ask, long story) who prefixed almost every statement with "Clearly..."
Trouble was, none of his statements could be described as "clear" in any sense of the word!

I also recall an actress (unfortunately not which one) who, when being interviewed, would always start her reply with "Yeah, No..."
I guess that means, "Yeah I understand the question, No I'm not sure I agree with your assumption, let me fluff and bluster for a bit to make me appear intelligent!"

Just wish I could remember who it was :(

i often seem to have a catchphrase / vocal tick - they will generally last for about 6 months before i finally train myself out of it and then all of a sudden i have another one! My present one is prob one of the more annoying, have not idea where i picked it up from but i seem to work the phrase "fairy snuff" or "fairy muff" when meaning "fair enough" into many many conversations...
My boyfriends mum always says scratch youre ar*e a suprise, i often say shh you'll wake the baby, which would make sense if we had a baby. My boyfriend will just pick up the phone and say "its for you its the president"
hey Azimov Your a projectionist my boyfriend was until recently at thefilmworks manchester, and my one of my friends is at Greenwich, where are you based?
