Who are the longest serving member of AB?

Do you have stats on who has been here the longest?

In the old days, there was Oneyedvic, AOG and em10 - but who now should be awarded 'Distinguished Service' awards?

Andy-Hughes, sp. He was the first one on. He probably spent a while just talking to himself ;o)
Friday 25th March 2016 will see my 10th AB Anniversary, but there has to be loads of people who were here before that.

Nothing changes ;o)
As he still does!!! ;)

Didn't A-H claim some input in the setting up of this site when it was taken over from the original owners,, The Daily Mail? I understand he was asked to assist with the format or something!

Andy-Hughes was Andy Hughes before that.
I've served 12 years (31st Oct) and woofgang and wildwood have done 13 years.
I'm still a newbie. I only joined 7 years ago and don't post very often.
Well I am a relative newbie having joined in 2006. So that's 9 years of my life I'll never get back.......

Well I celebrated my fourth year this June and there is a badge missing from my avatar tunic? :-(
Mrs O must surely be a long serving member.
Yes, Andy was in at the start.

I don't think there is a 4 year service badge, but stand to be corrected.
I agree - the longest serving member is Andy Hughes.
I think he joined in 1923
Don't post very often? You have thirty posts on this thread alone.

I'm still a toddler on here, not 2 years yet (reach that next Feb) --- it feels longer!
Am I right in thinking that the only badges given out now are the years service ones?
maggiebee - I joined on 23rd October 2006.
I think AB is a bit like the Army - if you want to leave you have to buy yourself out. I simply can't afford it

You are probably correct.
