Hi. I currently work 5 days a week and ive recently started a training programme that I attend on my days off when they are in the week. In the evenings I catch up with general house keeping and do some course work for a home based course im doing, usually take 1 hr 30 min a night, 7 days a week. Some people I know say it too much but im doing these extra things to better my chances of getting a good job and I can manage it but could I litrally 'burn out' whats the secret to keeping going?

There's no secret. This is the annoying part of capitalism, you need to work to get anywhere.
If its something you enjoy and are motivated to do then you won't burn out. The secret to keeping going is to keep your motivation in mind and to be careful to live a fairly healthy life, exercise, rest, diet. Dull and old fashioned I know but its what works.
