morning all, a somewhat early start, couldn't get back to sleep, so here we are

i hope you are all well and that you have a lovely day whatever you do. Its too early to say what the weather is like but the forecast isn't good for the day, never mind.

I hope that Boaty is getting on ok, and that he's having a well earned rest from the early mornings start. He is probably doing his shopping and out and about as per normal.

its about the same here, nippy but clear sky. good luck with the community shop, i guess now that shops are open again, some of your neighbours have got back to doing their own shopping, -

i don't know what i would do if i didn't shop online, its so easy, just a few clicks and its done. I know that like my friends you prefer to go shopping, they go to the local waitrose, which i find way too expensive.

the friends shielding can get out now..but the elderly neighbours are not so mobile so I will continue to do their shopping

Bathroom refit in 3 weeks..then that's it..for a good while

what are you having done Minty.
I did my bathroom a few years ago, took out bath and installed just a shower, base and glass panel, because the wretched council wouldn't do it. Cost me 2k by the time it was done, but now the base is bubbling for some reason....

Morning all, a quick in and out.....a mixed bag on the weather front this morning. Can see blue but also a fair amount of high-level cloud up there so probably a day with a slight shower risk.
