Does anyone know why it has changed its format. Instead of getting a nice 10 day table showing weather, temperature, percentage change of rain, humidity all on one a 4 sheet - it only shows a long winded day by day forecast, not an '"At a Glance Layout".
Any suggestions please

It's not a site that I'd normally use ('cos I don't see the point of using a US website for UK and European weather) but the display I'm seeing here seems to match the 'old' layout you've described:

PS: If you're seeing the 'click to expand' sections already opened (with no need to click on them), you probably need to clear your browser's cache.
