Hi I'm flying abroad tomorrow with my daughter and wanted to know if her changing bag was classed as hand luggage? thankyou

It might depend on the airline and how restrictive they are. Most full service airlines would turn a blind eye to a bag of baby essentials but you might want to phone the airline to get a definitive answer
I would assume that it will, just to be on the safe side - some airlines now won't let you take both a normal handbag and a piece of hand luggage, so I try to make sure that there is room in my hand luggage to stuff in my handbag, just in case.
